This software is ingeniously built on Google Apps Script and uses Google Sheets as its database. Since Google provides these services for free (with standard Gmail or Google Workspace), you don't need to rent expensive traditional servers or databases (like AWS or HostGator). You only pay for your domain name (e.g., yourstudio.com).

Yes, 100% secure. Because the database is your own private Google Sheet, nobody (not even us) can access your data unless you specifically share the sheet with them. It is protected by Google's world-class security infrastructure.

The software itself (code and database) takes up almost 0 MB of space. However, when you upload heavy raw files or edited videos for clients, it will consume your Drive storage. A free Gmail gives you 15GB. If that gets full, you can easily upgrade to Google One (100GB for ~$2/month) or buy Google Workspace Business for higher storage limits.
